Abahani start with a win

Abahani started the second leg of the BPL on Saturday with a 3-0 win against Rahamatganj. In the first leg the match was a 1-1 draw.

With 18 points in 10 matches, Abahani climbed to the third place. Rahamatganj is in ninth place with 7 points.

For the first time, Jamal Bhuiyan, one of the biggest stars of Bangladesh football, has played in Abahani jersey. However, their first half ended in goalless draw.

But in Munshiganj, Abahani showed their strength in secend half. They played brilliantly and scored three goals to win the match against Rahamatganj.

Santos, Stewart and Jonathan scored one goal each for Abahani.
